What this service is

Tieoutly is balance sheet reconciliation software, and we are the vendor: a free worksheet that works a reconciliation programme from figures you enter, and a paid record that keeps every account, reconciliation, supporting schedule and sign-off.

How we are paid

Tieoutly Pro is a monthly subscription at $39 per month for the whole accounting team, and you pay us: Ellul Solutions Ltd, the entity named on your invoice. It keeps your accounts, reconciliations, schedules and sign-offs, brands them and exports them.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Tieoutly charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Tieoutly never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The worksheet computes from the figures you enter and plain arithmetic; it is a planning tool, not accounting advice, an accounting standard or an audit opinion, and whether an account is fairly stated remains the accountant's judgement and the auditor's opinion.
