Account reconciliation software (5 sources)

The Balance Sheet Reconciliation Software Index carries 5 published figures read from 5 sources' own pages, from 25 to 500 USD, read 12 October 2026.

Tieoutly sells its own paid plan in this category (our pricing). It is not counted here: every figure in this index is another provider's own published price, read from its own page.

One row per source: the figure the source's own page publishes, the page, and the day it was read. A figure that is not on a page we read is not on this one.

Read in full, publishes no figure

24 named sources were read in full on the dates shown and print no usable figure. They are counted, never filled in.

Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

5 of the 29 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 24 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 4 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in USD (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 136 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): across every vendor in the reconciliation and close category: whether the vendor PUBLISHES a price at all, the published rate and its unit (per user per month, per process, per transaction volume, inside an EPM subscription), and the capability set each one claims - auto-match, preparer and reviewer sign-off, supporting-schedule storage, ERP connectors.

The derived figure nobody publishes is the PUBLISH RATE and what it costs the buyer: on the reads behind this charter one vendor in the enterprise tier lists a per-seat rate and the rest quote, so a controller pricing the category has no comparable number until someone counts who publishes and what the ledger vendors beneath them charge.

Held over dated reads it shows which vendors moved from quote-only to published, and by how much a published rate changed.

136 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
